Our house is well maintained and is suited to families and small groups. The home has two queen rooms . A large family room with queen , king single and a single with trundle . All rooms are air-conditioned . There is a slow combustion fire for those cold nights but due to rising cost of wood and low availability the fire is on request . The home has everything you will need for a relaxing stay in Barraba. Close to Barraba hospital, Richardson House and a short walk to the Main Street.

Kumbogie Cabin is an eco friendly (off grid solar and battery) private retreat situated on a working sheep farm. Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It is located at the base of the farm's surrounding hills it has stunning scenery, natural bushland and an abundance of Australian flora & fauna. The cabin itself is perfect for any couple looking to have a romantic getaway. Thereis a no children policy.

Cottage is located in a quiet area of Manilla just a 10 minute walk from facilities, including IGA supermarket, newsagent, post-office, bakery & numerous coffee shops. Both the Services & Bowling clubs are within walking distance. The local swimming pool is visible, only a 5 minute walk away. Beautiful dark night skies at my location are perfect for star-gazing due to minimal street lighting. Manilla is 45kms NW of Tamworth & a 40 min drive. Keepit & Split Rock Dams are a 20-25 min drive.
