Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

Here you will find WiFi, a comfortable LED TV with full Netflix access (cable digital, 40 inches, 4K/Full HD, USB, HDMI), a kitchen with induction stove (basic dishes available) as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, cutlery and a hairdryer. Also worth mentioning are a real Montafon table, hand-planed oak floorboards and doors.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The Superior apartment offers space for up to 6 people on 82 m² to 98 m². Equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by a double sofa bed in the living area, which can accommodate two more people. The accommodation has 2 bathrooms with shower and partly separate toilets. The apartment features a balcony or a terrace.<br>The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together.

Maisäss „Chesa Casut“ Unser Maisäß liegt im schönen Gauertal Das Gauertal zählt zu den Vorarlberger Naturjuwelen und die ‚Drei Türme’ bilden einen der schönsten Talschlüsse der Westalpen. Unseren Maisäß erreichen sie im Sommer mit dem PKW. Im Winter wird die An- und Abreise von uns mit dem Skidoo organisiert.
