Welcome to The Snug, our beautiful escape in Bombay Sapphire territory, on the banks of the River Test. Extended to include front door access from London St. Your suite incorporates an open plan lounge and kitchenette, wifi tv, breakfast bar, fridge, combination oven / microwave, washing machine etc through to a separate shower room and large comfy bedroom c/w luxurious cast iron bath. Unrestricted access to beautiful large fenced and hedged garden set in 3 acres. Secluded outside dining area under a gazebo. 4 ring gas bbq and fire pit. Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Continental breakfast first day. Dogs welcome but not to be left unattended in property.

The Pigsty

The Studio at The Forge in Pamber End

Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. The guest house includes a comfortable king-sized bed to ensure a good nights sleep with a private bathroom. There is a dedicated working space within the main room with a TV and a large sofa which has a pull out bed to accommodate extra guests on request.

Fully functional self contained annex for single occupancy (located in close proximity to family house) but in a quiet location with lovely views across fields and no disturbance from main residence. Secure off road parking with latest kitchen facilities for those that want to cook or a nice local pub/restaurant in walking distance for those that don't. (Unable to offer long term lets or double occupancy)

The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable.
