Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. New tiny house, on 13 private acres, suitable for two adults. Spend the day hiking at Yosemite and come home to your hot tub filled with mountain spring water and tidy tiny home. Over 13 acres with amazing views, in the residential zone near Bass Lake. There are two other homes on the 13 acres at the top of the property, but they are vacant and you have the property all to yourself! We now have Starlink for good internet connection and the cell service is good.
