Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. This tiny house is surrounded by forest and ponds, just out of Naples. You will have private access to a pond and 15 acres of forest. In winter you are minutes away from Bristol mountain ski resort and Hunt hollow ski resort. For cross country skiing there is Cummings nature centre down the road. This property is in a prime area with lakes to kayak or fish on, many hiking trails including Grimes Glen, and the wine routes and arts and crafts the finger lakes are known for. 2 nights minimum

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

There have been professional photos done by the Airbnb photographer, and they are finally here! This is the 2nd Hammy on a Rye right next door to the original Hammy on a Rye started almost 4 yrs ago. This is similar in size and layout as the other home. It has two king-size bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, laundry, and central air. There is also plenty of off-street parking available. We are putting together the gas firepit and seating now

Carney’s Country Escape

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
