The second floor has the bedrooms and bath for more privacy, and a sitting area for reading or relaxing. There are many stairs! Well water. Must be 23 or older to rent.

The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. When we travel, we enjoy places with character, and we have maintained the character of this old fashioned family home.
