The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

The Annex, en suit King size bedroom with garden view upstairs and downstairs have your own living room with log burner. Juliette balcony in the bedroom looking over the garden. French double door open to the patio in and enjoy garden view. Close your eyes and listen to the birds song all day. No breakfast. Only provide tea and coffee. We have fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.air fryer. Private entrance. 5 minutes walk to the pub, 5 minutes drive to the beach.

Close to the famous 2.5mile sandy Llanddona beach which is part of the Anglesey Coastal path. We are discreet at all times but as the space is an annexe to our home you may occasionally hear us going about our day 😊 Village has a cosy pub with a beer-garden which serves food. Use of large garden. NB: No charging of electric vehicles please.

You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome by mutual agreement, but please let us know
