Ivy Cottage in North Yorkshire Moors

Newly renovated cozy stone cottage with fabulous views in Egton village on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. Two local pubs. Great for walkers, with the coast to coast trail at Egton Bridge, and numerous moor walks nearby. A 10 minute drive to the coastal town of Whitby. A 15 minute drive from a number of beautiful beaches and cliff walks. Well behaved dogs (and owners) welcome Wi-Fi provided. Open staircase and internal steps. No under 16s. Friday is our cleaning and changeover day.

The Cow Barn Green End Farm Cottages are the heart of the North York Moors National Park. Situated near the picturesque villages of Goathland and Grosmont, just a few miles from Whitby. The cottage enjoys outstanding views of the moors & famous Steam Railway An original cow milking parlour, now architecturally designed and sensitively restored to offer all the modern comforts you need for an enjoyable taste of Yorkshire life. The barn is self-contained with direct access to public footpaths.

Rosebud Annex - self-contained in Goathland

This lovely two room self-contained, doggy friendly annex is located to the rear of our home, a charming 200 yr old cottage in the heart of Goathland (Aidensfield) Village. You have a private entrance, parking and an enclosed private garden and patio. The annex is all ground floor and is made up of two main rooms; a kitchen/living room and a bedroom which has an ensuite shower room. We are located in the centre of the village just a short stroll aways from the village shops, tea rooms and pubs.

Keepers Cottage Egton Bridge

Keepers Cottage is part of the Old Mill, and is a highly commended cottage located at Egton Bridge, which is a North York Moors National Park conservation area, on the coast to coast path near to the coastal town of Whitby and ideal for exploring the moors, the Yorkshire Coast, including Scarborough, Bridlington, Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Robin Hoods Bay. In addition Malton, Pickering and the City of York. North York Moors is officially designated as Dark Skies Reserve right on our door step.

The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

The Smithy is a self contained stone built cottage situated on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Spacious studio accommodation with a king sized bed in a recessed area, walk in shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities, wood burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. There is an outside seating area and private parking.

Storey Corner - Where memories are made

Set on the side of a picturesque valley in the small hamlet of Hartoft Storey Corner is a private self contained wing of Storey House that makes for a relaxing, quiet, luxury retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Private Hot tub (new for 2026) Quiet location situated in the North York Moors national Park. An area of outstanding beauty and in the International Dark Skies area. Great for star gazing Perfect for couples Pickering, Whitby, Helmsley York and the coast are all within easy reach

The Highlander

Welcome to Lawns Farm Luxurious Glamping accommodation in an idyllic location. Here at Lawns Farm Glamping, ‘The Highlander’ is a perfect romantic retreat for couples, or a fun family getaway. Sandsend Beach is only four miles away and Runswick Bay three which offer some great local dining treats. Whitby is the local town approx a fifteen minutes drive. With ‘The Highlander’ offering a luxurious hot tub it’s the perfect stay! (Bookings are available without the hot tub, please get in touch).

Birch House Farm

Birch House Farm is located within 12 acres of woodland and pasture. Hollyhock cabin has been finished to a high specification to give comfort all year round. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome basket containing home grown and local produce. Ensuite shower facilities, heating, TV and a kitchen area (hob, kettle and microwave). There is a double hammock and a BBQ fire pit area outside. Perfect for a quiet break in the countryside. Couples only. No children. No dogs allowed.

Crumbleclive Cabin

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. It is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway to recharge the batteries!

Dark Skies Den

Tucked away in the heart of the countryside, this charming shepherds hut offers a secluded escape surrounded by rolling hills, ancient woodland and open meadows filled with wildlife. By day enjoy breathtaking views of the landscape, where deer roam freely and birdsong fills the air. As night falls, the skies come alive with a dazzling display of stars, untouched by city lights. This peaceful retreat promises tranquility, adventure and an unforgettable countryside experience.

Situated alongside walking routes & the 'Rail Trail' former railway of 1836 which takes you on a wonderful adventure around the beauty of the park across rivers, streams, waterfalls & all that nature provides. We offer a piece of country life in our Shepherd huts. Ideal for those who want to escape, we are completely off the beaten track! Switch off & relax back to nature.

Homestead Cottage Goathland - parking & garden

Welcome to The Homestead Cottage. A beautiful 19th century building in the heart of Goathland. The property is attached to our family home, but is completely self contained. On site, we also have The Homestead Kitchen, our restaurant that offers relaxed fine dining (open Weds- Sat lunch and dinner, and lunch on Sundays. Please note we close for staff holidays one week in: Feb/May/Sept/Nov so please check)
