This basement-level with a seperais located in a quiet neighborhood just one block away from Van Cortlandt Park, McLean Ave. “Little Ireland” & laundromat. To explore NYC, transportation is a breeze: I-87 is 3 blocks away; 15 mins to Yankee Stadium; 25 mins to Midtown; Subway 2 Line Nereid Ave Station is 25 mins walk. Bus lines to and from #4 Woodlawn Sta. is 3 blocks away. Metro-North Woodlawn Sta. is 1.3 miles away.

It is located on a quiet family-friendly street. The cottage can fit 5 comfortably.
