For sporty guests there's Market Rasen Racecourse which is a few miles away as well as Cadwell park. And if your a beach lover we are central to Cleethorpes and Skegness with all the attractions. The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.

Beach (year round dog friendly) a short drive away. Louth nearby (foodie heaven) with a regular market and independent retailers.

Separate shower room with basin and W.C. Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with Smart TV, leading to Garden Room and adjacent terrace overlooking the woods and the lake beyond. Stone floors with carpeted bedrooms. Wood burning stove (logs supplied). Oil fired central heating.
