You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.

Newer family home in a lovely little neighborhood. The house is decorated in a cozy country style that invites relaxation. The house has three patios and one with a table for outdoor dining. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking meals together. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, kayak and paddle board rentals for a day on the lake.

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.

Etta Lane Farm is a 1922 restored farm house located on a country road parallel to Butte creek, 5 miles south of Chico CA, surrounded by orchards in a quiet country setting. The farmhouse has been completely updated with access to many amenities on the 6 acre property. Including the pictured original "milkhouse" personal vineyard and pergola covered picnic area.
