We invite you to come stay at our modern townhome on the Back 40 trail system. The Metfield Park complex, which has a seasonal swimming pool (small entry fee), playground, pickleball courts, basketball court, 9-hole golf course (fee), pump track, and bike skills course is within easy walking distance. This amazing location is also right on the MTB trails and the new paved trail that winds to Blowing Springs Park where you can get trailside coffee. We are pet friendly with a fee (details below).

Our home has been designed as an amazing launching pad for you to enjoy all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Centrally located on a private wooded lot overlooking the Slaughter Pen Valley, this sprawling property offers enough space to comfortably host large groups. Spend your days exploring the trails, museums, and cultural experiences of the area and then retreat to grill on the deck and relax in the pool. Bring the kids and the pets, they will not want to miss this vacation!

Bentonville Backyard Oasis

Stay awhile at the conveniently located Bentonville Backyard Oasis! The guest house is nestled away in a beautiful backyard and is a 10 minute drive from Crystal Bridges Art Museum, a 5 minute drive from downtown Bentonville, and a 2 minutes drive from Coler Mountain Preserve. This stand alone house has a private tennis court, pool, and hot tub. This Airbnb offers convenient check in and the hosts are longtime Bentonville residents so they are always available for local recommendations.

Its peaceful and relaxing. Don’t forget we have 2 townhomes that share a wall. I will state the walls have been double sound proof

Relax in a magnificent residence affectionately called, "The Stone Castle." You have 2,000 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within the residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet!
