We are pleased to offer you an apartment in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. This air-conditioned apartment can accommodate 2 persons. The apartment has one large bedroom with a king size bed, a kitchen with all the necessary accessories and utensils, a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. Also it has a small veranda and a large terrace under a grape vine canopy, surrounded by a beautiful garden just within the historic city walls, ideal for sipping morning coffee and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Perfectly located (Palmotićeva street number 5) and newly renovated, Apartments Old Town Top Spot are situated just a step away from Stradun, the main street in Dubrovnik Old town, numerous restaurants, beaches, galleries and all the historical monuments and museums. The apartments are close to everything with perfect location to explore around. There are no steps from Pile Gate and Stradun main street to apartment, but there are about 15 steps in the building as apartment is on the 1st floor.

Centrally Located Apartment With Sea and City View

Apartment is located in the very vicinity of the historical city of Dubrovnik above the town's most beautiful sandy beach Banje (7-10 min walk), near the hotels Grand Villa Argentina and Hotel Excesior, just outside the city walls (15 min walk) and the Ploče gate. It is also very close to the cable car, many restaurants, bars, beaches, shops. The grocery shop is very close, only 10 minutes walk. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons, it has a double bed and two pull out sofa beds.

Also, a bus station where the shuttle bus to the airport stops. It is surrounded with restaurants, cafe bars, shopping centers, a local produce marketplace, and a fresh fish market.
