"The Shack" - a very private self-catered, self-contained, weatherboard cottage set on a rural retreat of 80 hectares (200 acres) featuring cleared paddocks, dams, bush tracks and bushland expanses with no other dwelling on the property. Neighbours - there are none within sight. The Shack is off grid with rainwater tanks, solar panels and 12v battery bank. Stove, hot water and fridge/freezer are powered by bottled gas. Absolute serenity and just 3km to the quaint township of Bellingen.

Tulip Cottage - riverfront getaway, close to town

Enjoy views over the Bellinger river in this fully equipped four bedroom house, located on 23 acres just 5 minutes from town. With AC in every room, outdoor dining, fire pit, river access with bar, indoor spa bath and stylish interiors, you will feel at home in this recently renovated Federation Cottage from 1918 featuring a verandah, entertaining area with retractable fly screens, private nature trails and swimming spots. Noonggalli Eco Retreat caters for 1 to 12 people

Created by nature loving artists this beautiful Indian/Balinese styled house is exquisitely appointed with detailed finishes through out. The hand crafted wrought iron staircase built by a local blacksmith is the centre piece of the atrium where two upstairs bedrooms contain a queen bed and three single beds in each room.
