It is 2 blocks from walking and biking trails providing easy and immediate access to nature. * Cape Henlopen State Park features pristine beaches, WWII observation towers, the Fort Miles historical site, and extensive biking and hiking trails. * Historic Downtown Lewes offers small town charm with quaint shops, dining, and rich history. * Cape May-Lewes Ferry is nearby for a perfect for day trips across the Delaware Bay and explore Cape May, NJ. Other Things to Note: • Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay • Approximately a 10–15 minute drive to Lewes and Rehoboth beaches; a vehicle is required • No smoking, No pets, and No parties! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools (May-Sept), park, and sport courts, and is within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.
