Farm stay, Modern near new home with country feel, comfortably sleep 6, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom shower only, 2 toilets, 2 living areas with 65 inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, 3 car garage. Outdoor seating and BBQ area. 5 minutes drive to Benalla lake and town, 7 kms from Winton race track and Winton Wet Lands. Have room to park cars and trailers for people that are racing at Winton Or for a slower pace you can watch the grass grow on our working cattle and sheep farm.

This home is currently listed for sale and under contract. We take bookings up till the end of August then we will shut this listing down. If you choose to book, please know that on 1 - 3 occasions someone will attend the house for a brief inspection. We ask you kindly to help keeping the house neat and tidy for those days. Wangratta's rail trail bike track is right out the front door. A perfect home to relax for families, couples, or singles. Surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, and farm land. It has large court yard for a BBQ or entertaining. A large backyard - for a kick of football, cricket, or watching the natural surroundings.

Check us out on Instagram @yeltukka Yeltukka Dairy lakeside cottage offers an opportunity for guests to explore the wonderful surroundings of Mansfield and Victoria's high country. Situated 45 minutes from the ski slopes of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling guests can easily take day trips to the snow.

Wark Cottage (circa 1895) named after the original owner William Frederick Wark, has been meticulously restored to modern day standards while retaining its worker cottage roots. Original features throughout complete with pressed tin finishes, hardwood floors and working fireplace. Wark Cottage draws you back in time and creates a tranquil and relaxing place to locate yourself while visiting Chiltern and surrounds.

The Old Butcher's House Benalla - Cottage Charm

Step through the ornate stained glass door and soak up the period charm of a self-contained oasis built in 1887. The blend of original features and modern styling includes 12-foot cedar ceilings, Murray pine floors, lead light windows, and original fireplaces. (The fireplaces are not functional and are for decor purposes only. (Split air conditioners and Hydronic heating keep you at your desired temperature).

Awake to the sun rising over the beautiful Ovens Valley. Be amazed by the birdsong welcoming the new day. Relax with a drink on the deck as the sun sets, or a magical moon rises above the horizon. The views from this house are spectacular – from the horn of Mt Buffalo to Kneebone Gap, Murmungee Basin, and the Ovens Valley.
