This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

This shepherds hut is in a gorgeous rural location. The hut has electricity and hot water, it will be a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is a recently added hot tub, to relax in and soak up the gorgeous view. A fire pit and an outdoor table, plus cooking facilities in the hut. It is in a romantic and peaceful location. We are close to Castle Howard, Yorkshire Lavender and many other wonderful places to visit. Fabulous for keen walkers and popular area for cyclists.

It’s the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire dales, Skipton and Ilkley or taking in the beautiful Yorkshire coastal towns of Whitby,Robin Hoods Bay, Scarborough and lovely market towns of Helmsley, Malton.

Hope Cottage is in a peaceful village in the perfect location to visit the many attractions North Yorkshire has to offer . Parking is available outside the cottage, and the train station is a mile away. Whixley has an excellent local pub The Anchor Inn , other local eating establishments are within easy driving distance.
