Birdsong Cottage is located on a hectare of bushland on the outskirts of Bermagui. With two bedrooms and a large, open plan living area, deck, courtyard and well equiped kitchen, it makes an ideal getaway for up to two couples. Sorry, no kids. Many King Parrots and Lorikeets come to feed, and in the evenings, Wallabies and Kangaroos can be viewed feeding just below the house. Goannas, Echidnas, Possums and Lyrebirds are also regular visitors to the property. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The Cottage - Bermagui

On arrival you will be greeted with a beautiful breakfast basket. We are nestled in the bush alongside the Salty Lagoon Nature Reserve - plenty of bird life and the odd wallaby. We are close to the Bermagui River and also the beach. We are within walking distance to the shops and cafes. Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Due to limited parking, this space is not suitable for boats and trailers.

Change pace; enjoy a drive along 3.5 kms. of well maintained unsealed road. Watch out for Lyrebirds, and other native fauna. Provided is a breakfast basket, with sourdough bread, honey, homemade mueseli, and granola, local milk and yoghurt.
