Combines a unique assortment of refurbished woods to give our cabin that cozy farm feel. It's a peaceful place to get away and refresh! Has a full kitchen with range/oven, full bathroom and sleeper sofa. Keeping with our Classic Movie theme, Little Reata got it's name from the Epic film "Giant." Shared access to Hot Tub and fishing pier on property.

Holly Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins, Holly and Dogwood, are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!
