It was initially an outdoor storage area for coconuts and was there after renovated to form a part of a very basic 1 bed room house from where it gets the name. It was then modified into a hair styling Salon & finally it has been revamped into a quaint & rustic goan house. We've kept it simple yet elegant. This 3 BHK Villa is situated 1.5 kms away from Colva beach. It is in a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing location with a field view that goes undisturbed right up to the beach. The 3 bedrooms have A/C and are fully furnished with balconies, attached toilets and bath. Our spacious sitting room, dining hall, kitchen and a laundry room has all the nessary amenities. At the entrance there is a car parking facility and the house has a compound wall with a gate. It is very popular for weddings.
