My Guest House is attached to a single family home in the West End of Alexandria & offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath & kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious, one features a loft & balcony. The closest Metro stations are Van Dorn & Pentagon City (not walkable), you can easily access I-395 in less than 5 minutes. Many great ethnic restaurants in the immediate area. Only ~15 min to DCA, monuments/museums (7.8 miles to the Washington Monument), SW Waterfront, Old Town Alexandria, Capitol Hill (20 min).

Our spacious, surprisingly bright Bethesda half-basement is nestled in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from Walter Reed, NIH, & the metro. Large windows offer a view onto a patio bordered with hydrangeas & evergreens; the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a Samsung smart TV, & a desk. The Kohler shower head in the bathroom offers firm pressure and the mini-fridge & microwave are on hand for snacks. Short term rental license no. STR25-00162. Please note: There is no kitchen and no washer/dryer.

If you're in town for work or to see family, go to a show or simply to explore, this is a great place to rest your feet. Walk to Silver Spring and Takoma Park for neighborhoods. You will have your own bedroom, bath room, spacious living, working, dining area, as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, a small portable electric stove, plates, bowls, cups and utensils for simple cooking. You have your own entrance to the space. The kitchenette is the only shared space so the host can access the laundry room. Locks are installed in all other area of the ground floor to ensure your privacy.

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Beautiful and very private home in one of the most charming neighborhoods, walking distance from the metro, Walter Reeds, NIH. The place is very quiet, yet super close to all the buzz. Enjoy your privacy in a separate basement apartment with a private entrance. The beds are designed with exceptional comfort in mind, featuring Leesa mattresses and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, rice cooker, small food processor and all the necessities.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
