Located on the riverfront in Bethlehem, downtown is close-by w/ shops and restaurants. 18 min to Bretton Woods, 18 min to Cannon Mountain, 10 min to Littleton. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, and comfortable bedrooms. Outside, you'll find a deck, fire pit, and chairs by the waterfront. Your adventure awaits!

This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they can be "scamish" on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

We have direct access to the snowmobile trails, which are also lovely for walking on in the warmer months. We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.
