Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, the Retreat is situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. Lounge in your private area by summer and cozy up by the log-burner come autumn, the Retreat is a perfect escape for any season. Relax and soak your troubles away in the hot tub (available at extra cost) whilst gazing at the stars sipping champagne. Get back to nature but with a good dollop of comfort! Nestled at the foot of a beautiful woodland garden, The Lodge is clearly separated from the main house. Tucked away in its own peaceful wooded setting, the property offers a rare blend of tranquillity and convenience. Just a short walk from the village and only 7 minutes from the station, with fast trains reaching central London in 30 minutes. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, this self-contained cabin provides a tranquil base with modern comforts and beautiful natural surroundings.

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

It's an ideal base for a short break visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Stratford-upon-Avon, or relaxing after a day's shopping in Bicester Village. The cottage is located on our smallholding at the edge of the picturesque village of Steeple Aston. We are also very popular with people who need a comfortable base while working away from home.

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
