NOTE this is a rustic cabin in the woods! We have modern amenities, but it is best suited for people who like being in nature!

All of all 3 upstairs bedrooms ( 1 queen bed, 1 with a bunk + 1 double bed, and 1 loft room with queen ), 2 full baths one with washer and dryer, kitchen & living room spaces. You are the only reservation in the home. Lots of hiking and quiet space, yet close to the village (10 min.) and the city of Oneonta (30 min.) or Cooperstown (45-60min). Play or rest.The hosts may be in residence however the owners presence is negotiable on request.

I love my property for the year-round views! In yard access to river which is directly across from Hiawatha Island, a natural preserve owned by Waterman conservation. Island is open to the public for birdwatching (Bald Eagels) and hikers. I have kayaks and canoes you might want to use while here. River is active with fisherpersons!
