(Exit 20). It is PET FREE …with no exceptions. Our flat is designed for 1 or 2 adults (only) and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We pay attention to detail and are close by to provide any assistance we can to assure our guests have the perfect stay.

If you need to be in Grandfalls for Dr's appointments or just to go shopping, it's just a 15 min drive away. A home away from home!

Just minutes from the highway, exit 22, and ideally located on the Exploits Valley River, well known for its beauty and great salmon fishing. Kayaks or canoes can access the river from the backyard. This property has proven to be our most loved location in Grand Falls-Windsor. With larger beds- one king and two queens- there is lots of room for a group of six to sleep comfortably.
