IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. Primula è un luminosissimo appartamento al piano terra della dimora storica denominata "Casabella" con tre grandi finestre ad arco, che caratterizzano il salotto e si affacciano sul giardino. Il soffitto dell'ampio soggiorno è inoltre ricoperto di travi di legno originali del 1780 e dotato di cucina. All'interno si trovano anche due comode camere da letto arredate con cura ed un bagno. Casabella ha una fantastica piscina panoramica ed è immersa in una riserva naturale dove si può passeggiare.

Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.
