A 12 metre in-ground swimming pool, spa, tennis court and stunning views of Tuki river and Te Mata Peak, makes it a perfect getaway for families, a couple or a larger group of friends, as recognised with of the 2025 airbnb awards. Every room has a view, as do the 3 outdoor lounge areas. 10 minutes from Havelock North, Black Barn , beaches, shopping and wineries; 5 minutes from Craggy Range Winery; 3 minutes to a coffee shop. The property is a destination in itself, due to its stunning location.

1 bedroom self contained cottage on a peaceful lifestyle block just outside the cute village of Waipawa. 30 Mins from Hastings and Havelock North and less than 10 from Waipukurau. 30 mins from gorgeous beaches. There are pet ducks, chickens, piggies, lambs, goats, 3 dogs and 3 cats around. The dogs have their own area. Enjoy the peaceful rural surrounds and wake up to the sounds of the country. Breakfast provisions are provided. The cottage has its own entrance with parking right outside.

Enjoy direct access off this spacious property to the Tukituki River one of the best fly fishing spots in the country, or lounge in the river-view spa and watch the water ripple past. The kids can enjoy a splash in the swim spa, jump on the trampoline, or play football on the large lawn. Wander down to the river and enjoy a picnic on the riverside bench. Just a 30 mins picturesque drive from Havelock North. 15 minutes from Waipukurau, 10 minutes from Waipawa. 60kms from Napier Airport.

Cabin with access to indoor pool & sauna.

Hut style accommodation, situated in rural Omakere. A heated indoor 20 metre lap pool (*Sept-June*) and sauna are available for use. Great location for r & r, or just a journey break. An identical hut is available for family or group bookings. 14km from Pourerere beach. Reliable Star Link Internet. PLEASE NOTE - Bathroom is in a separate building 10 meters from the cabin. This is mostly private, however, on occasion we may have a caravan or motorhome here as we are a POP location.

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Continental breakfast pack for the first day is included.

Our home away from home, in the heart of the Beach Village, is perfect for all occasions. The white sand beach is just a stroll away, ideal for all water activities/fishing, the 9 hole golf course is over the road, with the river close by. The township has all the amenities you need: Dairy, Takeaways, Coffee Cart, Petrol, Pub & Meals at the Country Club on Friday. Our house sleeps 15 - 3x bedrooms +bunk room - 9 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 fold out bed.

Cliffside Cottage, Kairakau beach house

Stunning and quiet location only a two minute walk to the sandy beach. The rocky hills provide a gorgeous backdrop and an opportunity for walks with incredible views. Kairakau beach is only 40 minutes to Havelock North, 20 minutes to the local country pub and 30 minutes to Waipawa. Bring your surfboard, your boat, or fish off the beach, this idyllic spot is perfect for your next family adventure or weekend away with your friends.

Woodside Cottage

A quiet, relaxing self contained unit separate from the main house, located on the edge of Waipawa. Enjoy a drink on the deck looking out over the garden and listen to the birdsong. It's just a 10 minute walk to the shops, cafes, theatre and is handy to the cycle trails of Central Hawkes Bay. The beaches and Ruahine Ranges are not far away and it's only a 30 - 40 minute drive to Hastings or Napier.
