This charming tiny house has everything you need to feel comfortable and cozy during your stay. Close to all amenities that Tsawwassen has to offer, restaurants, charming shops, fantastic bike paths, Centennial Beach and more. Conveniently, we are a 10 minute drive to Tsawwassen ferry terminal, and 5 minutes to Point Robert’s border crossing. We can accommodate 2 guests maximum

It offers a private beach footsteps away with a fire pit and gorgeous views of the water and sunsets. This house has two bedrooms and one bath. It is family friendly with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a pull out queen bed couch in the living room. Bring the family to spend quality time together at the beach.

Go for a hike on our local trails, explore the many breweries in Bellingham, visit the beach in Birch Bay, bike the county roads, or enjoy a scenic drive on the Mt. Baker Highway. Then come back to a unique, cozy TINY HOUSE. Roast marshmallows around the campfire, snuggle up and watch a movie on Netflix, and relax with a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning. There is a well-traveled (Drayton Harbor Road) that lies north of Water's Edge. We provide rec-kayaks and PFDs for your use.

Conveniently located in between Seattle and Vancouver BC. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish tiny home which was recently constructed out of a previous carport on the back of our 1/3 acre. Simple yet well-stocked, you should have everything you need to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The bed is comfy, the couch is comfy, the wifi is fast. If you visit anytime July-October you can come browse my dahlia patch and vegetable garden!

We are about 6 miles from Bellingham, Lynden and Ferndale, and 17 miles from the Canadian border. Seasonal Farmstand. Farm tours available by appointment. Bathroom with shower in a nearby building, and an outdoor kitchen usually available April thru October. Microwave and fridge available year round.

Semiahmoo Golf and Country Club is 2.9 miles from the house. We are 6 miles from I-5, a 15 minute drive from the Canadian border and Blaine, and 23 miles from Bellingham International Airport.
