This cottage comfortably sleeps 6 (with sofabed) and includes a fully equipped kitchen. Our fenced in back yard makes a perfect spot for those bringing along their pets - provided they agree to our no tolerance pet policy & small additional fee. Just a short walk to many restaurants and music venues.

Cozy Country Pool House Retreat

Our cozy pool house retreat is located in the Heart of the Mississippi Delta on a secluded 40 acre country setting surrounded by woods and a beautiful bayou full of cypress trees. It's located just off Drew-Merigold Road away from everyone, with no neighbors!! Yet close to everything - only 5 minutes to Drew, 10 minutes to Ruleville, 15 minutes to Cleveland, and 30 minutes to Clarksdale. We are only 10 minutes to McCarty's Pottery in Merigold, and 15 minutes to Peter's Pottery In Mound Bayou.

Delta Dream Retreat (Entire Home/Game Room)

Relax with the whole family and feel right at home. We have put our heart and soul into renovating this entire home with all new appliances , bedding, furniture, mattresses, etc. It Is very modern and comfortable for families. It includes a Pool Table, wi-fi, usb, multi movie channels every room, games, coffee, water, tea, and complimentary snacks. Only camera is at the exterior front door. Great neighbors and less than 2m from downtown Blues venues, Historical Crossroads, & eateries.

Down Home Southern Charmer

This is the home that my sister and I grew up in with our parents and younger brother, who have passed on. We love our home, and are now opening it up to guests from anywhere in the world who want a comfortable place to stay while visiting the Mississippi Delta. Available to our guests are a centrally heated and cooled home with two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a family room with TV and Internet, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a garage. And, we just put in new floors!

The Shotgun Shack ❤️ of MS Delta

This Shotgun Shack is a genuine cypress board and batten shotgun shack. Construction of the cabin dates back to the late 1920’s, after the Great Flood of 1927. The shack was move to the property and has undergone a complete restoration. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Situated behind the antebellum Burrus Home a.k.a “The Baby Doll House”, near Benoit, MS. There is a gas station in Benoit that sells beverages and snacks but no grocery stores.

The Honnoll's "High Cotton" Guesthouse

This cozy guest house is the perfect place for your stay in Cleveland, MS, the heart of the Mississippi Delta! It is easy walking distance to the Cleveland Country Club and a five minute drive (or less!) to everywhere in town, including the new Grammy Museum, the Downtown shopping area, and the Delta State Campus and Football Stadium!
