We beat the old 1-2 of Huricaines Helene and Milton and are ready to host you. This is a great, renovatred , one bath flat, in the heart of Boca Grande on the gorgeous Gasparilla Island. Located across the street from The Temp Rest. Going to the beach, no worries, it is just down the road. Please note: there is a small fridge and coffee maker in this flat, but no other cooking facilities. Rent our place through Air BnB and receive a 10% discount on golf cart and bike rentals.

This apartment is a quiet and relaxing place to stay; we are located 14 minutes to the Fort Myers Airport and 10 minutes to the I-75; we are close to several malls, including Edison Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlet, Coconut Point, and Belt Tower, also near to Popular Universities as FSW and FGCU. Not to mention, we are close to Fort Myers Downtown. We prepared this apartment with everything you need for long and short-term stays.

This unit has been updated, including an extended kitchen, granite counter tops, impact windows and doors, ceramic tile and a full bath along with a second half bath. This corner unit allows for outstanding canal views and privacy. Tennis and heated pool are just downstairs. Two bicycles are available. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
