It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Το Almiri's house είναι ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο σπίτι κατάλληλο για τις οικογενειακές και ήσυχες διακοπές που πάντα θέλατε. Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. Cosy Apartment Nikos

Ένα νέο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι στην περιοχή πάνω από το λιμανάκι στο Πορτο Γερμενό με εξαιρετική πανοραμική θέα στην θάλασσα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην ίδια τοποθεσία με την άλλη μου καταχώρηση (villa nikos). Το κέντρο απέχει 1,5km ενώ η κοντινότερη παραλία βρίσκεται στα 500m. Επιπλέον έχει μεγάλο ιδιωτικό χώρο για parking καθώς και barbeque, laundry room, εξωτερική ντουζιέρα και παιδική χαρά.

Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα δύο υπνοδωματίων στο κέντρο της Λιβαδειάς 5΄απο τις πηγές της Κρύας. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον δεύτερο όροφο του κτιρίου και είναι προσβάσιμος με σκαλοπάτια χωρίς ασανσέρ.
