A warm & welcoming homely Victorian cottage set amongst old fisherman cottages in a quiet road 5 min walk from the train station. A lovely spacious room awaits. A shared bathroom. Very close to supermarket, shops, fishmonger,bars and restaurants. The beach is a few minutes' walk away as is The Royal Liverpool Golf Club,Hoylake Sailing School & the beautiful Hilbre Island about an hour's walk. The Cheshire Oaks Outlet village is a 30 min drive. so, shop till you drop and come back here to relax.

Rural location with double room & private bathroom

Our room is ideal for couples or for single occupancy. We are 3 miles from Southport with its many restaurants and unique shopping boulevard (Lord Street) also 6 miles from Ormskirk and Edge Hill University. The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. If required, continental breakfast is available by arrangement.

Come and stay with us in our newly decorated rooms in our large home, one king size bed with stylish en-suite shower room, one twin beds with own bathroom. We’re in a quiet suburb of Liverpool, 20 minutes drive from the centre, ten minutes stroll to the main bus route to Liverpool or Southport, free off-road parking at the front of the house. We’ve got a lovely garden to sit in with a pizza oven and barbecue. Little breakfast included- cooked breakfasts on request. We’d love to meet you!

A lovely victorian home in leafy Oxton, 10 minutes away from Liverpool city centre by car, 5 minute walk for the Liverpool bus or 15min walk to the liverpool loop where a train arrives every 5minutes. Or you could get the bus down to the famous ferry across the mersey. There is a single bed guest room. There is also the lounge area with a couch that turns into a double bed. Parking permits are not needed to park on the street outside.
