Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Our cozy and trendy self-catering loft guest suite is conveniently nestled in the heart of Boston, a mere stone’s throw from Tygervalley shopping mall and a host of upmarket restaurants and entertainment. It is about 2 km from Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic, Melomed and close to Tygerberg Hospital. Guests will also have easy access to the N1 and it’s 25 minutes’ drive to Cape Town International Airport, Waterfront and beautiful wine farms – a perfect base for a business or leisure trip to this area.

The Suites are located centrally in Cape Town in the quiet, residential, upper lanes of Boston, Bellville. Both Suites are fully equipped for short or longer stays and offer a safe space to spend quality time. There is 1 off-road parking spot available between the two suites.

A former art studio has been converted into a beautiful little home that is attached to main house with panoramic valley view from your bed and garden. Further up in the mountain of Kronenzicht in a quiet cul-de-saq you can unsettle while having a dip in your private and heated hot tub, relax under the rain shower with stunning views on the back of table mountain and little lionshead or start your sunset walk on the beautiful sand dunes next to our property, even all the way down to Sandy Bay.

Endless Views & Privacy

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Cloud 59 – Cozy Apartment with Panoramic Views

Cloud 59 is situated in Welgemoed against the slopes on the Tygerberg Hills. Given its centrality with quick access to the N1 highway it offers a great location to explore the Cape Peninsula. With spectacular views, it makes for the perfect setting for a relaxing night in front of a cozy fireplace with a glass of wine from one of the nearby wine farms. There is also a built-in gas braai to make the evening more memorable.
