Local pubs serving food within a short walk On street parking close by. The property is a short 2-minute walk to the bus stop, and a 15-minute bus ride into Bath city center. Two pubs are a short walk away one with an Indian restaurant, there is also a fish and chip restaurant. 3 pubs serving food overlooking the river are a 10-minute walk away, Frequent bus service into Bath city centre. Free on street parking available close by In Batheaston High Street or the village car park which has free 3 hour parking during the day and free overnight parking. Parking is not permitted in Potts Close Lots of local walks nearby including Solisbury Hill and Batheaston river side. I do not accept bookings on behalf of non Airbnb members . This spacious loft studio is above our Oak framed garage. Easterton is a small village, the excellent pub serves good food and is just 200m away. Market Lavington is very close with a Co-op, pharmacy and a cafe as well as a Chinese takeaway and a Fish and Chip shop. Devizes is 8 miles away, and Dominos do deliver We are on the King Alfred's Cycle Way and have locked garage space for cycles . We are within easy driving distance to Stonehenge, Avebury and the medieval cathedral city of Salisbury

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The Old Library, Colham Mill

Colham Mill Farm is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful, unspoilt valley, walking distance from Castle Combe Village. There are 2 pubs, a michelin star restaurant and a cafe. As well as a golf course and Castle Combe race circuit. The Old library is a detached building full of character and charm. It dates from 1705 and has low beams throughout the property. It is spacious and has modern amenities for you to enjoy! We are a working farm with animals and children and can't wait to welcome you!

Cosy railway carriage for two!

Our railway carriage is a renovated 1930's goods wagon with rustic charm; tucked away in the Wiltshire countryside with easy access to Bath. It has an exclusive driveway and parking spot at the end of our two acre garden. You will approach the carriage through a short woodland walk which is lit at night. Accommodation consists of a sleeping pod with a standard double bed and ample storage; central living area with small leather sofa, log burner and kitchen pod with a seperate shower room.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Bibury Hidden Dovecote (Grade II Listed)

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. Perfect for a secret romantic break. Situated conveniently for Burford, Cirencester and Cheltenham, you can explore South Cotswolds.

“Through the Willows” is a luxurious self contained cabin room set in the 4.5 acres of our Tudor farm. It has a super king bed, bathroom with shower, seating area, smart TV and a good sized table to have breakfast. There is a small utility area with a fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a KitchenAid toaster and kettle. A breakfast basket is provided. Give yourself the weekend off cooking and walk into historic Bradford on Avon with its wonderful restaurants and pubs.

Light and airy, The Cottage is a converted haybarn built into the gentle slope of the hill. Downstairs there is a sunny double bedroom and a shower room, upstairs a double height open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting/tv area with far ranging views across open fields and a stable door opening out onto the back garden with outside sitting/eating area and mature apple trees. A bridlepath runs outside the window where horses and dogs roam.
