The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Beach House, family & dog friendly, accessible

Eco style property with great accessibility , nestled 3 mins walk from dog friendly Wittering and B.Bay beaches. Great for pets and children, a gated,secure property, sleeps six adults with a king master ensuite and two bedrooms set as twin or super king rooms. +2 children can sleep in any of the rooms on the two chair beds (suitable for young children & toddlers only) & can be set up as required. On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

In a tasteful coastal theme. open plan kitchen/ lounge/ diner, 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 set of bunks) and bathroom with walk in shower. With its own private courtyard, dining area and heated shower. Plenty of local restaurants and shops and with great fish and chips on your doorstep, you won’t have to venture far for that seaside experience.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Modern, bright recently refurbished seaside house with hot tub and conservatory. It is situated a few minutes walk from Bracklesham beach and Bracklesham Barn and ideally located for West Wittering, Goodwood and Chichester. The house has a spacious bright living room and dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar, 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and 2 wet rooms. Within a short distance are a number of local shops, restaurants and take aways.

Luxury Wellness Retreat | Hot Tub & Sauna

Private garden studio with a dedicated wellness enclosure, offering a calm and restorative escape. Featuring a sauna, hot tub and ice bath (with chiller), it’s the perfect space to unwind and relax. Guests have exclusive use of the private garden wellness area during their stay. The space is not shared, and no one else accesses this area or surroundings while guests are staying. Excellent location! Ice cold air-con!!!

The Nest

The Nest is a modern, comfortable room with a king sized bed and a kitchenette nestled in the heart of West Wittering village, a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the pub for a delicious meal. There are also a couple of cafes within walking distance and the village shop. It is suitable for two adults but we can provide a camp bed for a child for a small additional fee.
