Enjoy your visit in the cheery and bright basement of my home where you have a private entrance, separate parking, full kitchen area, (just bought new stove/oven) access to a quiet patio area that has been newly added, gas grill available and lots of greenery and woods in the backyard. Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment - Free garage parking for one car - Close to Penn Highlands Hospital (3 blocks away) - Located in a quiet area near the fairgrounds - Minutes to downtown shops, restaurants & public parks - Ideal for a weekend or 30 day + stay. Special note: You need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. There is only one parking spot in the garage. Additional parking is located across the street. The garage and stairway is shared with other guests.
