Conveniently located, basement suite in safe, family friendly neighborhood. Off highway 403 with access to Paris (10min), Hamilton (airport and downtown) (25min) or GO bus & Via Rail train accessible to Union Station-Toronto. Walkable to several restaurants & bars/pubs, Conestoga College, groceries & downtown. Guests have entire suite to themselves with a separate private entrance and outdoor patio space. Pet friendly with large green space (soccer/baseball/kids creative) across the road.

Spacious 3-bedroom Modern Bungalow

The space features an open-concept layout, a uniform colour scheme that blends with the flooring, and tasteful furnishings and decor. The amply-sized kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances. There are two washrooms and a free washer/dryer combo tucked away in laundry closet. The heated saltwater pool is fairly private measuring about 30ft X 16ft. Access to the pool comes with your booking. However, we need advance notice if you need the heater turned on and for how long.
