7F Lodge - Batts Ferry Log Cabin

Batts Ferry is a much more modern version of a log cabin indicative of 1848. It is named in honor of the Batts family, which ran a ferry at the Brazos River on land neighboring 7F Land and Cattle Company. The Batts Ferry cabin is one of our coziest cabins with an interior of log walls, raised ceiling, king-sized bed and a round 2–person Jacuzzi tub set in the middle of a wooden water cistern. The screened-in front porch includes two rocking chairs and a domino table; perfect for a cool evening.

Seven Oaks - Entire Guest House & Main House Suite

Includes two guest suites located upstairs in our separate guest house; sleeps up to eight adults. Includes the entire downstairs Guest House with six private bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 adults, furnished kitchen, two shared bathrooms, washer/dryer, common room, covered patio, and dining area. Includes two bedrooms in the master suite section of the historic Seven Oaks home. Includes two private bedrooms each BR with a queen bed, one crib available and one private bath, but no TV or kitchen.

7F Lodge - Spain

The Spanish Hacienda is patterned in the style of Castilian nobility, a miniature castle in Spanish Colonial royal blue with rose-colored walls. The cabin door opens up onto a beautiful antique carved Conquistador’s foyer. The hand carved queen-sized bed is opulently styled and reigns in view of our largest two-person Jacuzzi tub. There is a beautiful vintage wedding gown displayed in an 8 ft shadow box. The cabin also has a walled courtyard with a fountain and seating area. Relax and unwind.

7F Lodge - Sugar Shack

The Sugar Shack is a combination of two old tenant farmer houses direct from their original site on the Brazos River bottom to the woods of 7F Lodge. Complete with a Blues guitar, amplifier and microphone, the sound system will let you get down in your own way. Adjacent to the juke joint room is of course the “manager’s office” complete with a queen-sized bed and a black oversized two-person Jacuzzi tub. Both rooms open onto the secluded screened in porch where doing nothing is the idea.

7F Lodge - The Barn

Our Western barn made from turn of the century barn wood. This cabin is complete with a two-person, heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub inset behind burlap drapes and just steps away from a comfy, queen-sized bed. Venture out onto the back porch and enjoy the sounds of the great outdoors on porch rockers. Or, enjoy your very own private, over sized shower stall for two, secluded on the porch as well. Then select a Western novel from our book collection and relax on the ranch chairs.

7F Lodge - Sully's Place

Sully's Place is our largest cabin and boasts an 80 sq. ft. dance floor and neon bar signs. Or, relax on the 9 ft. couch indoors or in the private, two-person heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub on the screened-in back porch. The cabin includes a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed and Aggie memorabilia. The private bathroom has a rustic shower “stall” without the long lines! The front porch has a relaxing porch swing and the back porch includes two rockers.

Seven Oaks - Main House Suite - Two Bedrooms

Includes two bedrooms in the master suite section of the historic Seven Oaks home.
