Hinter unserem Haus geht ein Weg vorbei der Dich über das Dörfchen Ried-Mörel zur Riederalp führt. Küchenutensilien: Kaffeemaschine&Kapseln, Bettwäsche&Handtücher sind vorhanden. Wir freuen uns! Privater Eingang im Parterre des Hauses, inkl. Parkplatz und Gartensitzplatz - Ländliche Umgebung. Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Im EG wohnt der Vermieter (Frühling bis Herbst) der den Gästen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von familienfreundliche Aktivitäten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen die Lage. Bei uns im Saastal müssen Erwachsene im Sommer 10.5 Fr. und Kinder zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren 5.25 Fr. Kurtaxe bezahlen. In diesem Preis sind alle Busse im Tal und praktisch alle Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzbar. Im Winter kostet die Kurtaxe 7 Fr. für Erwachsene und Kinder bezahlen 3.75 Fr. In diesem Preis ist im Winter der Skibus kostenlos.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.

An Top Aussichtslage vermieten wir in einem 300 jährigen Chalet eine möblierte 3 Zimmer Ferienwohnung. Das Chalet liegt im idyllischen Walliser Dorf Ried-Mörel 1200 m.ü.M, in 2 min zu Fuss ist die Gondel auf die Riederalp erreichbar, wo man sich inmitten des Skigebiets oder Wandergebiets befindet. Die Zufahrt zum Chalet ist ganzjährig befahrbar. Das Badezimmer wurde im Frühling 2024 totalsaniert.
