College Suite: Travel back in time to a period of exquisite craftsmanship. We have available the newly refinished 3rd floor of our historic mansion. There are two charming bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with spacious subway tile walkin shower, a kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, sink, coffeemaker...NO stove), and your own private washer and dryer. All with hardwood floors and plenty of light from the skylights. There are two flights of stairs to reach this fun and beautiful apartment.

We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

A short walk to the footbridge brings you to downtown, Rochester Art Supply, Dinasour Barbeque, and Rochester's historic Library. In the other walkable direction is the Genesee, Sushi and restaurants. This apartment has plenty of space and color. It has musical instruments, games, and a desk full of art supplies. Beware the sometimes inappropriate wall art.
