You'll also find a refrigerator to keep your food fresh, a coffee maker for enjoying your morning coffee, and a toaster to start the day with a tasty breakfast. The full bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, such as shampoo, hair conditioner, and body soap, as well as soft and fluffy towels for your comfort. Additionally, the studio has an independent entrance, ensuring your privacy and convenience during your stay. Parking is also available, providing you with hassle-free access to your accommodation. For added convenience, we offer self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your own convenience without the need for a key exchange. Unwind in front of the TV after an exciting day or enjoy an intimate dinner at the dining table for two, where you'll find cutlery, glasses, and wine glasses to complete the experience. Waterfront Round House View

A unique little beach house on the south shore of long island with the most beautiful view. The house is located on a canal. Dock is available! **We have Paddle Boards, Surf Boards and 3- 2 person Kayaks onsite for you to use during your stay. You can get to the Great South Bay by paddling to the mouth of the canal. And you can get to Fire Island by hiring a Water Taxi to pick you up! The octagon house was built in the 1970s. It's recently been refreshed with all new beds & linens.
