The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities.
