The Bull's Retreat, a newly renovated space with 2 King Beds and 2 single beds, ideal for travelers or getaways. It's centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood near Ft. Bragg, Fayetteville, Sanford & Southern Pines. It's great for reconnecting with familiy and friends. The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open living room. Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessable to guests.

Ever thought it would be fun to experience a day at a real working Christmas Tree Farm? Be our guest at the bunkhouse, a beautiful 320 sq ft tiny house full of character. Remodeled from salvaged materials on the farm, this bunkhouse features a full kitchen, bathroom with roomy bedroom and living room. Relax on the porch or roast marshmallows by the firepit. You can take a stroll through the Christmas trees, by the pond and in the spring and summer, through our U-pick flower patch.

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. The home is convenient to both Harris Lake and Jordan Lake. It is also conveniently located near Triangle Innovation Point. This charming single level ranch home was updated in 2020 and is roomy and comfortable.

Pasture may be suitable to horses who won't jump the fence and can get along with 3-4 heifers.
