We are about 15 minutes away from willits, where you can ride the skunk train and grab food on the way up the mountain to make a delicious dinner. We are less than an hr. away from the coast, where you can visit Fort Bragg and Mendocino. If you choose to stay close, there are two reservoirs, a hiking trail and picnicking within walking distance as pictured on this sight. In town there are two pubs, gyms, public swimming, yoga, and a health food store. I leave coffee, tea, cereal, and snack

You can be at Pudding Creek Beach in 5 minutes, at Glass Beach and the Skunk Train in 7 minutes, at the world-famous Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens 12 minutes, and in the historic downtown of Mendocino Village in 20 minutes.

Our peaceful cottage is nestled among the redwoods, a few miles inland from the Mendocino Coast. High ceilings and skylights make this space feel spacious, offering natural light, and views of the majestic trees. The surrounding community is special, with many residents having lived here for decades, tending their homesteads. On your way in, you are likely to see cattle, horses, pigs, and chickens. Deer, coyote, foxes, mountain lions, owls, hawks, vultures, and bears also frequent the area.

6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

I live on the property with my golden retriever and cat ( not allowed in the cottage) but after check-in I want my privacy just as much as you do

If you're looking for a getaway that is quiet and beautiful, slow down and relax on a peaceful ranch. Take nature walks, spot wildlife and pet the horses. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck and spend the night gazing at the Milky Way. We offer light snacks for your breakfast on your first morning, along with coffee, tea, cream and sugar. You will have the house to yourself. We share a parking lot and live next door.

Willits Cozy Cottage

Quaint little guest unit in walking distance to the Skunk train depot and downtown Willits. It has its own private fenced in yard as well as a large shared patio area. It is a studio lay out with a cal king bed and a sofa bed. Has a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. On the property we have chickens. (They are free range, so watch your step) Pet friendly, however there is an additional $10 fee.

River House

River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.
