Quick 16 mile drive to Sterling State Park. 12 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport. Close to restaurants. 30 minute drive to Detroit or Ann Arbor for sports or activities.

There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

Beautiful exposed brick and beams, with a luxurious bed, in a spacious, historic building. This loft has a magnificent kitchen with cabinets galore. The tall windows allow copious natural lighting to illuminate the 1500 sq ft loft. Originally built in 1895, the loft showcases its original brickwork, exposed and restored alongside custom, elegant woodwork. The original hayloft doors, long ago bricked in on the south wall of the apartment, have been delicately reproduced.
