Plot has 3000 m 2, with 10x4 m heated pool & jacuzzi, 2 large gazebos and multi sports area on 500m2 , BBQ and large garden. There are 65 km of mountain bike (mud/asphalt) courses next to Villa. Ideal for 11 persons, offers privacy, active and relaxed vacation.

Dear guests, Welcome to the Villa Olive Garden. This is our third year of renting our Villa. Relax with the your family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Swimming pool and house are new. Builded third year ago. Pool is private, not shared with anyone and its heated pool. There is lounge area around pool- nicely decorated pool outdoor furniture , open air shower and grill area. Villa offers private parking for our guests House can accommodate 4 guests total. Enjoy

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
