U sklopu objekta gostima je na raspolaganju okućnica površine 2000 m2 s grijanim bazenom, roštiljem i vrtom. Besplatan Wi Fi, Netflix (TV u svim prostorijama), parking u sklopu objekta.

However, hidden among other stone houses and old narrow streets the house is distanced enough from the nightlife to enjoy in peaceful moments.

Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Old stone house, consisting 2 separate apartments, which we have completely and lovingly renovated with the highest quality materials. Every bedroom and the living room are air conditioned. NETFLIX is also availlable to our guests. If coming by car you have a garage space for use. You can reach the beautiful old town of Hvar and its lovely sights by making a 10 minute walk over the promenade and enjoying the weather.
