My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. We welcome pets, and charge a pet fee of $125 per stay. Just tell us with your request to book and we'll update your quote. We allow special event gatherings. Gatherings larger than 20 require an additional $50 event cleaning fee. Aggie Ring Dunk events may not be booked by students. Aggie parents must book & are required to stay at the property for these events. Thank you for your understanding.

Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig coffee maker. You'll sleep great in the plush king size bed. Bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. We also provide 2 twin rollaway beds, satellite TV and washer/dryer. We have 2 very friendly dogs that live on our property but cannot accommodate guest pets. No wifi--unplug and unwind!

There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. Just under 10 miles from Kyle Field off Wellborn Road (FM 2154), it offers both convenience and privacy. The open-concept living and dining area leads to a cozy master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a two-person wooden soaking tub.
