#28 Coyote Run on the Top of a Ridge Campsite

Hi! My name is Jennifer, and I’ve lived here for 20 years. When driving to the top of the ridge on my battery powered golf cart, I saw a beautiful coyote run in front of me. This campsite is named for the exact spot that I saw my first coyote here. Haven’t seen one in person since that day, but hear them occasionally. This is a cozy spot to get away and reconnect with God and nature. It’s next to the dead end with no traffic. You will be surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. Great views!

#31 Creekside Campsite, Picnic Table, & Fire Ring

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. It is located close to the creek and has a fresh spring fed stream running through it. You will be surrounded by nature and have a short walk to overlook the pond. The road to this campsite goes over a 25' dam with the creek on one side and the pond on the other. Drive carefully as you cross over the dam. It is on the edge of the property line, which is marked with orange lines on the trees. Please be mindful to stay on our side.

The Owl's Nest luxury camping

Very spacious site situated on 1.6 acres of unique campground accommodations. This 320 sq. ft. waterproof duck canvas bell tent is built for the ultimate glamping retreat in mind. The site is fully equipped with a private outdoor bathroom and hot shower, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. The interior has WiFi, adequate climate control, mini refrigerator/freezer, all necessary cooking supplies, utensils, dinnerware, and a Keurig coffee maker. Welcome to Serenity. This scenic retreat nestled in the woods along the historic Natchez Trace features a 15’ bell tent w/ generous head room and a huge comfy bed insuring a peaceful nights rest. Unplug & relax next to a nice fire while you take in the sounds of nature! A short walk brings you to our unique fully equipped outdoor kitchen offering coffee, tea and farm fresh eggs! The private outdoor bath house offers a beautiful view of the sky while you enjoy a hot shower and artisan soaps.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars! This lovely canvas tent has a comfy queen size bed, tables and chair with ottoman. There’s outdoor seating on the deck, a table and chairs outside and a lovely spot to enjoy an evening fire! We have an outdoor shower and bathroom for your use along with an outdoor kitchen where we are happy to offer coffee and baked goods for breakfast when available! Please let us know if you’d like those in advance. We also just installed solar power!

#2 Sunny Shire, A Beautiful Idyllic Spot To Picnic

Discover this special campsite! It has a large fire pit, a picnic table, and two chairs. The campsite is secluded and there are no neighboring sites within sight. The sounds of nature are all around you here. Say goodbye to the noisy city life and get away in this wooded campsite to relax and unplug. If you do need to check in with friends or family, there is free wifi at the host's home parking lot. Water comes from the rock here, and the creek is usually crystal clear!

#6 Timber Hill and a stump in the middle of it all

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This is not your average state park campsite. This is the real deal, and only for the most adventurous campers. You are coming to a remote location with no electricity or running water except for the creek and a pipe that gushes springwater straight from the rock. #6 Timber Hill hosts a large stump in the center of the campsite. This campground sits on 97 acres located at Peaceful Hills Retreat.

Shadow Ridge Retreat – Campsite 2

A cozy, shaded woodland campsite perfect for 1 tent and up to 2 guests. Includes a rustic fire ring and direct access to the woodland trail. Peaceful and private, tucked beneath the tall canopy of oaks and maples. Primitive camping—BYO tent/gear; no water, power, or bathroom yet (composting outhouse planned). Park at the top of the drive and walk a short trail to your site. Wildlife and birds are frequent visitors—ideal for a quiet getaway.

Relax in this rustic platform in the woods, made from wood from historic 1848 cabin. Perfect for two hammocks. No electricity. Spring water steps away. Walk the creek and enjoy the quiet. Many hiking paths nearby. Lake access 2 miles away. In door toilet close by but is available only from 7am to 9pm. You may use the outsidew hot tub ($50 one-time cleaning and set up fee) located at the main house 0.25 miles away.
