We are downtown and have "city noise" - trains, traffic, and sirens. This is not a quiet little retreat. The Belle is a no smoking property. No smoking or vaping on the premises. Weekly housekeeping service available. Note - minimal checkout procedure. Set thermostat, unplug coffee maker, lock door.
